Proposals for Safer Town Centre patrol unit

Why dont you have a BID? With a Business Improvement District you can have dedicated town centre rangers who not only are an addition to the police they are not a burden on tax payers its a win win for you!!

Wimbledon has had a Business Improvement District (BID) for nearly two years. It's actually been very active and a lot has changed (for the good) in the town centre in that time.
