'decorfest 2014'

A one day festival to inspire & help people to create a more personal home and garden

The decorcafe decorfest is a unique, local one day festival to inspire and help people to create a more personal home and garden. It is taking place in the prestigious buildings of King's College School, Wimbledon and has attracted the highest quality of exhibiting designers, artists and boutique retailers who will share their skills, ideas, knowledge and beautiful bespoke products. There will be something for everyone who cares about creating a more personal home for themselves and their family.

There will be interior and garden designers available throughout the day to ask for advice, as well as workshops, demonstrations and specialist talks including learning how to use colour in the home, lighting, how to paint your own furniture, how to make a lampshade, how to grow vegetables as well as an insight into discovering the fascinating history of your home.

These activities will be running during the course of the day alongside the fantastic opportunity to shop for some amazing original fabrics, ceramics, rugs, lighting and audio to name but a few. There will also be creative workshops for children from 5 years old so there will be something for everyone.

Live music, delicious food and refreshments.

Working in partnership with KCS Enterprises, to raise money for the school’s bursary scheme, helping to educate talented but socially disadvantaged children.
