Who can attend?
Anyone, it's free and you don't need to be referred by a doctor. You just have to book a place so that we can control the numbers and give us a contact ‘phone number or email so that we can update you if necessary. Some people come on their own and some bring a friend or partner.
What happens when you get there?
Our open days always follow the same format. They start with a short presentation by a doctor or senior fertility specialist and cover the causes of infertility, the investigations possible, and the kinds of treatment available. After the presentation there will be several members of Concept Fertility present and you are welcome to ask us questions. If you like us and think we can help you, you can book a full consultation at a convenient time.
Who should attend?
One in six couples planning to start a family needs medical assistance from a fertility specialist. If you have been diagnosed with a problem or have been trying unsuccessfully for a long time, you will need to book a consultation to commence investigations / treatment and don't really need to come to an open day. If you just don't know where to start or simply want to meet us first, the open days are designed to help you.
