Enoteca Turi is moving north of the river
Pam & Guiseppe Turi have announced that after almost two months they have finally exchanged contracts
and are able to reveal their new address to be
87 Pimlico Road, London SW1W 8PH.
Pam Turi told this website: "When the negotiations with our present landlord collapsed, due to
the high rent demand, we started looking for new premises.
We soon found out that Giorgio Locatelli of Locanda Locatelli
was looking to sell his other restaurant "Tinello" in Pimlico Road.
"We liked Tinello and had been there several times;
it had a similar concept to ours and attracted a good local following."
It also fitted their criteria of being easily accessible from the areas
where their loyal clientele live. It is a short journey by car and taxi,
or can be reached by buses 11, 22, 211, C1 among others as well as
the district line to Sloane Square from where it is a 5 minute walk.
Completion for the assignment of the lease is
the first week of January.
Refurbishment plans have been initiated with plans to re-open in the first week of February. Watch thus space for any update!
