South Western Railway (SWR) has announced its planned timetable during the forthcoming industrial action.
The RMT union has asked its members not to work on Tuesday 21 June, Thursday 23 June and Saturday 25 June. Network Rail signallers and more than 2,100 SWR staff are on strike.
For local stations such as Chiswick, Putney, Brentford, Isleworth and Wandsworth Town there will be a services running between Windsor & Eton Riverside and Waterloo with four trains an hour on the strike days between 7.15am and 6.30pm.
There will also be some services at the start and end of each strike day which fall outside of this standard pattern, which will allow for the start-up and shutdown of the network on strike days.
A late-starting Sunday level of service will operate across the network on 22, 24 and 26 June, and passengers are urged only to travel by rail if absolutely necessary between 21 and 26 June. Due to the shift patterns of signal workers and the challenges getting trains and people in the right place to operate between strike days, it is not possible to operate a full service on these days.
Where trains are running, they are expected to be very busy.
These timetables are still being finalised and journey planners will be updated 2-4 days before the first strike day and you should check before you travel.
If you have already purchased daily tickets for 21-26 June, and you decide not to travel because the service you originally intended to use is no longer running or has been retimed, you will be able to claim a fee-free refund, or use the same ticket to travel between 20-28 June.
In a separate dispute over pensions and job losses, London Underground RMT members will take strike action on 21 June.
SWR will publish details of its reduced timetable when finalised and passengers should check the website for latest updates.
