Train and tube services affected by engineering works

If you are planning to travel over the next few weekends the following lines are affected by engineering works.


Overground Weekend Engineering Works

Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 September

No service between Shepherd's Bush and Willesden Junction. Use local buses via any reasonable route.

Sunday 4 September

No service between Willesden Junction and Camden Road (via West Hampstead). A special train service operates between Willesden Junction and Stratford, calling at Kensal Green, Queen's Park, Kilburn High Road, South Hampstead, Camden Road and all stations. Replacement buses operate between Willesden Junction and Camden Road.

Replacement buses operateWillesden Junction - Kensal Rise - Queen's Park (for local buses to Brondesbury Park) - Brondesbury - West Hampstead - Finchley Road Underground Station (for Jubilee and Metropolitan lines and Finchley Road & Frognal) - Hampstead Heath - Gospel Oak (Agincourt Road / Southampton Road) - Kentish Town West (Prince of Wales Road) - Camden Road.

Overground Weekend Engineering Works

Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 September

No service between Clapham Junction and Willesden Junction. Use local buses via any reasonable routes.

All lines in the Twickenham area will be closed all day Saturday and Sunday for maintenance work. No trains will run between Barnes and Feltham via Richmond, or between Twickenham and Teddington.

Saturday 10 September

• Trains between London Waterloo and Reading, also between London Waterloo and Windsor will be diverted between Barnes and Feltham to run via Hounslow. Trains will make extra stops to cover for other altered services.
• Replacement bus services will run between Barnes and Hounslow via Richmond and Twickenham to connect with the altered Reading and Windsor trains.
• The circular service to and from London Waterloo via Brentford and via Twickenham will not run. Passengers use other train services and the replacement buses.
• “Kingston Loop” services will be altered to run between London Waterloo and Shepperton via Wimbledon.
• Replacement bus services will run between Barnes and Teddington via Twickenham to connect with trains via Kingston.

Sunday 11 September

• Trains between London Waterloo and Reading, also between London Waterloo and Windsor will be diverted between Barnes and Feltham to run via Hounslow. Trains will make extra stops to cover for other altered services.
• “Kingston Loop” services will be altered to run between London Waterloo and Shepperton via Wimbledon.
• Trains between London Waterloo and Woking via Staines will be altered to run to and from Ascot.

The following replacement bus services will run:

• Between Barnes and Hounslow to connect with the Reading and Windsor trains
• Between Barnes and Teddington to connect with the altered Kingston Loop and Shepperton trains.

Hammersmith and City Line Weekend Engineering works

Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 September

No service between Edgware Road and Hammersmith. Replacement buses operate between Baker Street and Hammersmith

Circle Line Weekend Engineering works

Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 September

No service between Edgware Road and Hammersmith. Replacement buses operate between Baker Street and Hammersmith

Circle Line Weekend Engineering works

Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 September

No service between Hammersmith and Tower Hill (via King's Cross St Pancras). Use the Hammersmith & City line between Hammersmith and King's Cross St Pancras. A special Circle line service operates between Edgware Road and Barking (via Victoria)

Sunday 25 September

No service between Turnham Green and Richmond. Replacement buses operate

Piccadilly line engineering works

Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 October

No service between Acton Town and Uxbridge. Trains call additionally at Turnham Green. Replacement buses operate between Acton Town and Rayners Lane, use the Metropolitan line between Rayners Lane and Uxbridge

Central Line Weekend Engineering works

No planned engineering works
