Air Your Views On Transport In Merton

Come face-to-face with transport bosses

You can air your ideas on how transport in Merton can be improved at a meeting giving residents chance to talk directly to bus, tram, train and tube providers.

The Public Transport Liaison Committee meeting takes place at 7.15pm on Tuesday October 26 in the Merton Borough Council chamber.

Organisers want residents to raise any transport related concerns they may have and offer suggestions about how public transport can be improved in the borough.

Presentations will also be given by bus, tram, train and tube providers and there will be a question and answer session.

Councillor Russell Makin, chair of the Sustainable Communities Overview and Scrutiny Panel, said: "This meeting will give residents an opportunity to comment on the services provided within Merton and find out the answers to some of their burning questions about public transport in the borough."
