The event date for 2011 festival also set
Next year's Wimbledon Bookfest is looking for sponsorship for the festival, as well as its education/outreach programme.
The book-based event will be in its fifth year in 2011 and is run almost entirely by volunteers, who stage a host of events at various venues in the town.
Organisers are already planning next year's event, which they have announced will take place from October 1-8, 2011.
Famous names giving talks at the 2010 event included: Salman Rushdie, Virginia McKenna, Toby Buckland, Tony Parsons, Virginia Ironside, Will Hutton, Peter Snow, Antony Gormley, Lynda La Plante and Lynda Bellingham.
