More than 30 different community groups will attend this open day organised by the Making Colliers Wood Happy Group and the Colliers Wood Residents' Association.

The day is aimed at residents who are interested in starting something new in the New Year - perhaps taking up a hobby, finding a support group or volunteering with a local organisation.

There will be peformances of music, dance and storytelling during the day. There will be hands-on activities for children and young people including art and craft workshops, face-painting and a climbing wall. An all-day cafe will serve locally made cakes and sandwiches.

The event will end up with a community zumba class!
