Man Charged With Dangerous Driving And Series Of Other Offences


A Wimbledon cyclist had been involved in rush hour incident

Police have charged a 25-year-old man with a series of driving offences after an incident involving a number of cyclists near Clapham North Station.

Following his arrest yesterday (August 20), Shane Seymour has been charged with two counts of theft of a vehicle, five counts of dangerous driving, vehicle interference and two counts of burglary.

He was due to appear before Camberwell Magistrates today.

The incident took place on the A24 at around 8am on August 1, with Dave Clifton, from Wimbledon, one of the cyclists involved.
