Fancy dress teams will compete in charity event

Dodgeballdayer, the UK’s biggest fancy dress dodgeball tournament, will descend on Wimbledon Rugby Club on Saturday (August 5).

The tournament is open to teams of 8 or more, with all welcome from professionals to amateurs, the only rules are that all teams must don fancy dress, with a prize for the best dressed team and each team must have at least one female playing at all times

In addition to knockout dodgeball, players and spectators can take part in an auction and enjoy live DJ’s who will be offering musical motivation throughout the day. With the dodgeball champions announced, ticket holders can indulge in a celebratory after party.

All of the money raised during the day will go to learning disability charity Mencap, supporting people with a learning disability, their families and carers.
