Advice on keeping your heat in
A timely demonstration on how to best draught-proof your home is being offered in Wimbledon on Saturday (January 29).
The "Draughtbusters" session is being organised by the Energy Group of Transition Town Wimbledon.
Martin Abrahams of Transition Brixton will be giving the demonstration, which is aimed at people with minimal DIY skills without having to use specialist skills.
The focus will be on how to draughtproof windows and external doors in a 'typical' Victorian house with sash windows. It takes place at 95 Queens Road from 11.30am-12 noon.
The Transition Town Wimbledon project is aiming to move the area towards a low carbon future, by making 'green' living easier and more understandable.
