Wimbledon Woman Wins Entrepreneur Of The Year

Tricia's beauty business is aimed at older women

Wimbledon businesswoman Tricia Cusden has been crowned Entrepreneur of the Year at this year’s Nectar Business Small Business Awards.

Tricia's business, Look Fabulous Forever taps into a niche market within the beauty industry - the older woman - creating make-up products which are developed specifically for older skin.

Her business wowed the judging panel, including star of BBC1’s Dragon’s Den, Sarah Willingham.

Sarah Willingham said: “Tricia Cusden is a thoroughly deserving winner of the Nectar Business Small Business Awards Entrepreneur of the Year category. She is such an incredible inspiration and what she has achieved with the business is amazing.

“It’s been incredible to see the sheer talent and dedication from all the businesses that entered this year’s awards. SMEs are the future of our country and Look Fabulous Forever proves that with hard work and a clear vision it is possible to achieve anything. I have loved judging the awards and can’t wait to meet these eight amazing winners.”

Tricia Cusden, aged 68, said: “It’s brilliant to be recognised at the Nectar Business Small Business Awards and this win reiterates the strength of our business. We want Look Fabulous Forever to be the ‘go to’ premium makeup brand for older women in the UK and the prize fund will be invested back into the business to help us achieve this.”
