The Friends of Cannizaro Park are bringing some more positive vibes to the summer with the return of the ICANN Health and Well Being Festival for one weekend commencing Friday 11 June.

In addition to the programme from last year, which included a variety of yoga classes, pilates, meditation and Breathwork Therapy, there will be an introduction to the foundation of Tai Chi with a new Qigong and Tai Chi class.
