Get Fit At Wimbledon Library

Well-being sessions at local libraries

Wimbledon Library and others in the borough are helping residents to improve their health this new year with a range of fitness and wellbeing sessions taking place this month.

Wimbledon is holding a wellbeing drop in class on Saturdays from 10-11.30am. There's also one at Donald Hope Library in Colliers Wood on Mondays from 2.30-4pm.

For those looking for a more energetic session, Raynes Park Library will be hosting an Argentine Tango class on Thursday 30 January from 6-7pm. As part of Raynes Park's health and wellbeing offering, they will also be holding chiropractic consultations on Thursday 23 and Tuesday 28 January from 9.30am. To take part in any of the sessions at Raynes Park Library, call 020 8274 5718.

Mitcham Library is hosting a more relaxed session on health and wellbeing at a coffee morning event on 30 January featuring a talk by Melanie Surty-Garcia called ‘Don’t Age-Age Well’ from 10.30-11.30am where free tea, coffee and biscuits are on offer.
