Monthly Wandle Trust Clean Up Is In Plough Lane

Get dirty and help keep your local river clean

You're invited to a Wandle Trust Cleanup
Sunday July 10
11am to 3pm
Plough Lane, Merton.

Meet here

This month's clean up takes place at Plough Lane in Merton. Base will be set up down the Wandle Trail heading upstream from the Plough Lane bridge.

As always, please arrive in time for the Health and Safety briefing at 11am. You'll work through until 3pm with a break at about 1pm for free tea, coffee and refreshments. You may like to bring your own picnic lunch.

Organisers are in need of a tent supervisor this month (and future months). If you wouldn't mind taking a shift at the tent and helping with refreshments, please let them know.

It is dirty work, so wear old clothes and sturdy footwear such as walking boots or wellies. You may wish to bring a change of clothes in case you get wet!

Bus 493 stops on Plough Lane and Haydons Station is a short walk away.
