Vote For Local Citizens' Advice Bureaux

Chance for funds to train new volunteers

Merton and Lambeth Citizens' Advice Bureaux is trying to raise £6,000 to train volunteer advisers to help it meet growing local demand for its services.

They are actually hoping the money will come from the NatWest Community Force, but need votes to help get them in with a chance.

They will receive the money if they are one of three projects with the most votes in the area.

You will have to register first, but that's free. Once you have registered, go back to the page in the link above and click on the red 'vote for us box' then log in.

If you prefer you can do it by phone on 0800 2100 246. The project is number 4303 – 'Merton and Lambeth Citizens Advice Bureaux'. Voting closes on October 23 and awards will be made in early November.

Steve Cox, Operations Manager of Merton and Lambeth Citizens' Advice Bureaux, said: "We would really appreciate your support with this. Please vote."
