Teenager Fights For Life After Inner Park Road Collision

Victim was passenger on a motorbike hit by car

A teenager is in a critical condition in hospital after being involved in a road traffic collision on Inner Park Road, SW19.

Detectives would like to speak to witnesses to the collision between a Ford Mondeo and a Yamaha motorcycle on Inner Park Road opposite the Argyle Estate in West Hill at around 1.26pm on Saturday (October 27).

London Ambulance Service and London's Air Ambulance attended and the rider and his pillion passenger were taken to a south London hospital.

The passenger, a 19-year-old man, remains in a critical condition. The rider has since been discharged.

The male driver of the Mondeo stopped at the scene and was not arrested.

Detectives from the Roads and Transport Policing Command would like to speak with anyone who witnessed the collision or the moments leading up to it. They would also like to hear from anyone who may have dash cam footage from the area.
