Police issue appeal for suspects thought to be involved in robbery

Police are hunting two men who got into a car in Haydons Road, Wimbledon, before threatening a motorist with a knife and stealing cash and other items.

The robbery happened at 10pm outside the Sainsbury's store.

One of the men got into the car through the car's passenger door and held a knife as he stole cash, wallet, hat and belt from the shocked driver.

Police have released these two images of the suspects involved (see right). If you recognise them, call 101 with reference 1405676/16.
