Give Your Views On Local Health Services

Chance to have your say on the NHS in Merton

To enable the local NHS to plan local health services that reflect local need, it wants to hear from patients, members of the public, carers, stakeholders, partners and representatives from across the borough and the communities that make up Merton's population.

Merton Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) want people to join them on Wednesday (November 4), from 10.30am to 2.30pm at Vestry Hall in Mitcham to tell them what matters about local health services.

You will also have the opportunity to meet local GPs, as well as the Chair and Chief Officer of Merton CCG, who will be there to hear your views and answer your questions.

This is an opportunity for everyone to get involved in health, to hear about what has been worked on over the past 12 months and what health chiefs will be focusing on in the future, and to share your views on local health services planned for 2016/17.

WHEN:

Wednesday, 4 November from 10:30am to 2.30pm. Refreshments and lunch will be provided.

WHERE:

Vestry Hall. 336-338 London Road, Mitcham, CR4 3UD.
