Upcoming talks of local interest
Merton Historical Society has regular talks, taking place at Christ Church Hall, next to the church in Christchurch Road, Colliers Wood. They all start at 2.30pm and cost a £2 donation. Non-members are welcome.
Forthcoming talks are:
Saturday February 16 - 'Local Celebrations of Events and Heritage'. An illustrated talk by David Roe and Mick Taylor of the Society's Photographic Record Project.
Saturday March 16 - 'Archaeology of Thameside Project'. A speaker from Pre-Construct Archaeloogy.
