Talking Politics With Merton Lib Dems

Extra help for children with special needs

Parents of children who need extra help in school are now to get a new legal right to buy-in specialist Special Educational Needs (SEN) and disabled care.

If you're affected, you can find out more when Nazir Malik hosts Merton Lib Dems' regular political discussion slot on Wednesday June 27.

He will discuss the issue in Morden with Dan Rogerson MP (North Cornwall), who chairs the Liberal Democrats' Parliamentary Committee on Education, Families and Young People.

Mr Malik said: "Everyone's welcome at our regular Talking Politics meetings - I look forward to seeing you there - although because space is limited please do let me know if you can make it. If you've got any ideas for future topics or speakers, please let me know."
