Two local meetings ahead
The main speaker at the next Merton Park Ward Residents' Association meeting will be Dr Kay Eilbert, Merton's Director of Public Health.
Dr Eilbert will talk about Merton’s Public Health Responsibilities. Recent changes to the NHS have resulted in an increased role for local authorities and as a residents' association they are keen to understand what it means for all of us and to be reassured that all necessary plans are in place.
The meeting takes place on Tuesday (November 5) at 8pm at Merton Park Primary School in Erridge Road, SW19 3HQ.
And for those residents living close to the Nelson development, the MPWRA have arranged a preview of possible plans for a CPZ on Monday November 11 at Rutlish School between 7-9pm. All local residents are welcome to attend.
