Free courses in SW19
Free money management workshops are being offered to Wimbledon residents who want advice and support on how to budget and manage their personal finances.
Merton Council has teamed up with Merton Voluntary Service Council (MVSC) and Merton and Lambeth Citizens Advice Bureau (MLCAB) to set up the 'Manage Your Money' workshops.
They are given by volunteers, trained by CAB to provide residents who need help with budgeting, paying their council tax and other bills with practical advice, support and, if required, a personal payment plan.
The initiative is guided by the Merton Compact principles, which highlight the importance and success of partnership working to benefit the borough’s residents.

Local workshops take place at South Wimbledon Community Centre in Victory Road from 10am-1pm on Monday November 10 and from 1pm-3pm at the YMCA in The Broadway, Wimbledon on February 24. Other workshops take place at various locations in Mitcham.
