Musical Express has provided fun pre-school music classes in Southfields and Wimbledon for over 15 years.

Classes for under and over 2s run Mon-Thurs at Southfields Methodist Church, and on Wednesdays at St Luke's - a fun drop-off class for over 3s.

The classes are a fun time for parents and children to learn new songs and rhymes together that they can then share at home - using a mix of puppets, action songs and rhymes and lots of time to try all the percussion instruments.

Classes have structure and some repetition which makes the children feel safe and encourages them to join in and try new things.

Each week alongside the regular features are different activities including stars and rainbows, lively lycra and fish, and lots of different styles of music and dance to enjoy. Musical Express classes allow children space and time to explore music in a fun environment!

Under new ownership of local mum, Ali Palmer, the classes are expanding to two new exciting and diverse venues:

Two class times - 10.15-11 for under 2s and 11.15-12 for over 2s – siblings welcome.

Plus Eddie Catz in Colliers Wood on Wednesday mornings starting October

Two class times - 9.45-10.30 for under 2s and 10.45-11.30 for over 2s – siblings welcome.
