Annual Music in the Park is coming soon
This year's John Innes Society Music in the Park event will take place at the bandstand area of John Innes Park on Saturday June 29.
The music will start at the slightly earlier time of 5pm and will feature The Cobham Band, a traditional brass brand.
Their last appearance in Merton Park was at the Big Jubilee Lunch in 2012 when the weather was less than summery so let's hope the tradition of Music in the Park not being rained on holds true this time.
Tickets are £10 adult, £4 children (5-16 year-old) and £20 for a family with a £2 discount on adult tickets bought before June 24. They are available from Harold Forbes on 020 8540 3314 or email haroldforbes@iib.ws.
