Hunt For Northern Line Sex Attacker

Do you recognise this man?

A man who indecently assaulted a woman on the Northern Line between Colliers Wood and South Wimbledon is being hunted by police.

They have released CCTV images (right) of the man who carried out the attack in the early hours of Sunday August 15.

The investigating officer, PC Mark Gilfrin, said: "A 20-year-old woman from south London was indecently assaulted by a man on a southbound train from Colliers Wood.

“The man grabbed her chest aggressively before getting off at South Wimbledon.

"We have followed up a number of leads but are yet to identify the man in the image and I encourage anybody who knows him to get in touch. This was a very frightening ordeal for the victim and I am determined to find the man responsible."

He is described as Asian, in his twenties and of a large build. He is about 5ft 10ins tall and was travelling with two other Asian men.
