Detectives appeal for information
Police are investigating a police sex assualt which was reported to have taken place in Wimbledon in the early hours of Sunday (October 30).
The incident is said to have taken place outside St Winefride's Church in Latimer Road, at the junction of The Broadway and Merton Road.
Detectives from the Sapphire Unit are investigating and anyone with information is asked to contact police on 0208-649-3105.
A spokesman said investigations were ongoing and there had been no arrests. Detectives do not believe the incident is linked to the church.
