Town will be lighting one of London's four beacons
Wimbledon will be hosting one of four beacons to be lit across London in celebration of the Queen’s 90th birthday on Thursday April 21.
The beacon will be lit on the town centre Piazza where there will also be a variety of entertainment between 6.15-9pm.
Entertainment will include bagpipes, a classical string trio, Morris dancing, and a George Formby tribute act.
