Cyclist In Fatal Raynes Park Collision Is Named


Police are appealing for witnesses

A cyclist who died after a collision involving a car in Kingston Road, Raynes Park has been named as Laurent Patrick Cullinan.

Mr Cullinan (left), aged 25, lived in New Malden. He died in hospital at 9.45am on Saturday (July 19).

Police are appealing for witnesses to the accident, which took place at 00.45am on Saturday.

Police said the driver of the car, a silver Honda Accord, stopped at the scene. The driver - a 32-year-old man - was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injuiry by dangerous driving.

He was later bailed to return to police on a date in September.
