Famous face to star in Grease

Astrologer turned reality TV star, Russell Grant, will be appearing in Grease when it visits the New Wimbledon Theatre.

Grant (left), who caught the public's attention as an unlikely contestant on Strictly Come Dancing last year, will play the role of Teen Angel at The Broadway theatre from October 15-20.

He joins fellow reality TV star Danny Byrne, winner of ITV’s Grease is the Word talent contest, who plays Danny, as well as Carina Gillespie (who played in Grease in the West End). She takes on the role of his love interest, Sandy.
