Accused is remanded in custody
A South Wimbledon man has been charged with sexual assault following an incident on a train earlier this year.
Borja De Zulupga, aged 22, from Norman Road, was arrested after an allegation of sexual assault on a train travelling between Imperial Wharf and Clapham Junction on October 31.
British Transport Police said that he appeared before South Western Magistrates in Battersea on Monday (December 15) where he was further remanded in custody.
