South Wimbledon's "Traf" Is Local Pub Of The Year

Popular pub will now be considered for capital prize

The Trafalgar pub in South Wimbledon has been named as the South West London pub of the year by Campaign for Real Ale members.

They put "the Traf" in High Path in first place in their annual vote for their favourite pub in South West London.

Second place went to the Nightingale in Balham, while the Hand in Hand on Wimbledon Common was third.

The Trafalgar will now go forward to be considered for the regional Greater London Pub of the Year, which it last won in 2008.
