Professional soloists join the choir

The Spring concert by the West Barnes Singers will celebrate two French Romantic composers with works which are particularly relevant to the Easter period.

The pieces are Mass, Opus 4, by Camille Saint-Saëns, and Sept Paroles du Christ sur la Croix by César Franck.

The choir will be joined by four professional soloists, accompanied by organist Julian Collings, and under the musical direction of Philip Collin.

The concert will be held at St John the Baptist Church, Spencer Hill, Wimbledon, on Saturday March 31 at 7.30pm.
