Destination Wimbledon update and more
Residents, businesses and community organisations are all invited to the next meeting of the Wimbledon Community Forum.
It takes place on Tuesday December 6 at the Mansel Road Centre in Wimbledon, starting at 7.15pm.
Councillor Simon Withey, Chairman of the Wimbledon Forum, said: "I would encourage anyone who lives or works in Wimbledon to come along to the final community forum of 2011. We have another interesting line up and these meetings are a great chance for residents to have their say on the issues affecting our local neighbourhood.
"On December 6 we’ll be discussing the improvements to the town centre as part of the Destination Wimbledon project as well as hearing updates about food hygiene checks in local restaurants and major planning applications in the area including the YMCA proposals. I hope to see as many people as possible there."
