Gain A Counselling Diploma In Wimbledon

New course at Wimbledon Guild

Are you looking for a change in direction or want to put your skills to use? Those looking for a fresh challenge can now gain a professional Counselling Diploma with the Wimbledon Guild.

The two-year, part-time course will be run from September and will take place in central Wimbledon.

The Wimbledon Guild aims to encourage mental well-being and they are delighted to offer a comprehensive counselling service for all ages. The new Counselling Diploma course will equip participants to further encourage positive mental health locally and has been structured so it is possible to complete it whilst working full-time.

The course is based on attachment theory and will provide participants with a comprehensive knowledge of counselling skills, in addition to how to apply them in a voluntary or workplace setting.

Chief Executive of The Wimbledon Guild, Wendy Pridmore, said: "Positive mental wellbeing is essential to a good quality of life. The Wimbledon Guild are delighted to give individuals in the community the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of counselling skills and to further professional development. We believe that supporting individuals in the community will effectively help them to help themselves."

Spaces are limited. To book your place or for more information please contact the Wimbledon Guild Counselling team on: 020 8296 0030 or visit www.wimbledonguild.co.uk/counselling_training.html.
