Wimbledon Teen Mental Health Charity Benefits From New Store Opening

Southern Co-op in Wimbledon will partner with stem4

A local teenage mental health charity has been selected as the fundraising partner for a new Southern Co-op store at Ridgeway in Wimbledon, receiving a £1,000 donation followed by a year’s partnership with the new store.

The partnership with stem4 , based in Alexandra Road, Wimbledon, comes as part of Southern Co-op’s ‘Love Your Neighbourhood’ scheme.

A Southern Co-op spokesperson said: "We are delighted to be opening our first Southern Co-op store in London.

"Our colleagues in store are looking forward to getting to know the local community and begin fundraising for stem4 who do a fantastic job in improving teenage mental health."  The store will also have a permanent food collection point for customers to support the local Wimbledon Food Bank.
