Has Your Child Got A Talent?

Wimbledon library hosts talent show heat

Local libraries are calling on all children in the borough to show off their hidden skills and talents at this year's Merton's Got Talent competition.

Throughout August, each Merton library branch will be hosting a talent show heat where children aged 4-11 are invited to show off their singing, dancing, comedy, magic or any other talent they have.

The Wimbledon event is on Friday August 16, and in Donald Hope, Colliers Wood, it's on Thursday August 22.

The winner from each heat will be invited along to a grand final to be held at Morden Library on Friday 30 August at 1pm–2.30pm, where the winner of Merton's Got Talent 2013 will be crowned. Prizes throughout the competition include trophies, certificates and Amazon vouchers.
