Minibridge tournament attracts youngsters for day of lessons and competitions

Wimbledon Bridge Cub in Worple Road was recently delighted to welcome more than 30 youngsters for a packed day of lessons and competitions.

The Minibridge tournament was won by Eason Ha and Angelo-Jordan Oakman, with David and Michael Carroll in close second place.

Freddie Beneat and Zane Soonawalla won the experienced players competition while Bjorn Ahl and Aman Parekh won the intermediate competition.

Congratulations to all the participants, some of whom had only been playing for a few months.

Wimbledon Bridge Club hold free classes for Junior Players throughout the year, the next term beginning on Sunday January 13 from 4pm til 6pm.
