Train Death Victim Named
Man from Morden dies at Wimbledon station
A man was killed when he was struck by a train as it went through Wimbledon station has been named by police.
Bernard John Moir, aged 66, from Morden, died after he was struck a train which was passing through the station at 7.22pm on Thursday March 31.
The inquest into his death has been opened at Battersea Coroner’s Court and adjourned until May 17. His death was not thought to be suspicious.
