Schoolboy molested on local tube
Police have released two CCTV images of a man they believe molested a boy on a District Line tube between South Kensington and Wimbledon Park.
The 12-year-old boy was "touched inappropriately" a number of times by the man around 5.30pm on Wednesday February 1.
British Transport Police, who are investigating the incident, have released the images on the right, which show the man they are looking for at Wimbledon Station.
Detective Constable Darren Davies, the investigating officer, said the boy had been travelling alone between South Kensington and Wimbledon Park underground stations when the incident happened.
He said: "The victim, who was on a busy District Line train, felt a man touch him inappropriately a number of times.
"The man got off the train at Wimbledon station, where it terminated."
Officers are urging anyone who may have information that could assist the investigation to come forward.
"We have followed up a number of leads but are yet to identify the man in the image and I encourage anybody who knows him to get in touch," added DC Davies.
"This was a very frightening ordeal for the victim and I am determined to find the man responsible."
