All day event in Wimbledon town centre
The annual Wimbledon Winter Wonderland event takes place this year on Sunday November 30.
Love Wimbledon are once again pedestrianising The Broadway to celebrate the start of the Christmas season with sparkles, snowflakes, rides and activities for everyone.
With two stages jammed with live performances all day – you can see acta either on their 'Ice Stage' on The Broadway next to The Piazza, or on the indoor stage within Centre Court Shopping Centre.
You will have the chance to singalong and 'Let it Go' with Anna, Elsa and Olaf at 1pm on the Ice Stage.
Christmas fairies, elf fire-eaters and giant snowmen will be around town as well as carousels, a snowboard simulator, rodeo reindeer and a giant snowglobe in which you can have your photo taken. Their traditional Christmas Market will also be on The Piazza selling Christmas gifts and treats, mulled wine and roasted chestnuts.
This is a free event taking place from 12pm-6pm. Helen Clark Bell, BID manager at Love Wimbledon said: "We will be raising money for the Polka Theatre so please look for the donation buckets and give generously".
A spectacular firework display will end the day on a high at 5.30pm, provided by Centre Court Shopping.
The Broadway will be closed to traffic from 5am till 10pm on Sunday November 30.
