Free walk along the Corridors of Power
Walk along the Royal route up the Mall from Trafalgar Square across the Blue Bridge to Horse Guards. Hear about regicide and the heritage of Whitehall to conclude at the Palace of Westminster – who was the Bell named after? And why is it cracked?
It takes place on January 24 from 10am-3pm.
It's part of a fortnightly walks programme from YMCA Wimbledon, leaving promptly at 10am and returning mid-afternoon. They are free of charge and you will need to pay for your own expenses, such as transport and refreshments.
Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear. It is your responsibility to ensure you are in good enough health to participate in these walks.
