Wimbledon Earn FA Cup Draw

York City 1 v Wimbledon 1

Wimbledon must play York three times inside ten days after a Charlie Strutton equaliser saw them earn a draw in the first round of the FA Cup on Saturday (November 3).

Strutton scored a 74th minute goal after Wimbledon won a free kick when they were 1-0 down.

The Dons are back at Bootham Crescent on Saturday (November 10) for a League Two match, after a trip to Exeter on Tuesday night (November 6).

A home win against York in the FA Cup on Tuesday November 13 could then see them play a controversial match away at MK Dons. They need to overcome Cambridge City, from the Southern League, after a 0-0 draw.
