Planning Permission Granted For Latest Copse Hill Development

Affordable homes to be included in Wimbledon Hill Park scheme

Planning permission has been granted for 57 new homes at Wimbledon Hill Park on the grounds of what was once the 2nd Duke of Wellington’s ancestral residence at Copse Hill.

The third phase of the Berkeley Homes development - to begin in the summer - will consist of one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments, including a number of affordable homes, with the first expected to be ready for occupation in early 2020.

Copse Hill developmentBerkeley Homes (West London) Sales Director, Tim Pettman, said: “Wimbledon Hill Park has proven extremely popular so far, and this new phase offers further opportunity for buyers to be a part of it. Professionals will be attracted by the convenient location – close to the A3 yet enjoying the benefits of a village-style position – while local downsizers will find that a home at Wimbledon Hill Park continues to support their lifestyle.”
